1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website content-elmbridge.click and consultations provided by Content Elmbridge Co., Ltd. (“Content Elmbridge,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Content Elmbridge provides offline record-keeping consultations for household Ethereum and stablecoin holdings. We document public addresses, reconcile statements you supply, and prepare heir-oriented binders. We do not custody assets, execute transactions, recover private keys, or provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract under South Korean law. You represent that information you provide about your holdings is accurate to your knowledge.

4. Appointments and payment

Session fees are listed on our Rates page. Full payment is due three business days before your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer only. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

5. Client responsibilities

You must not share seed phrases, private keys, or remote access credentials with our staff. You bring devices, statements, and existing records needed for your session. You are responsible for securing copies of binders after you leave our office.

6. Intellectual property

Website text, worksheet layouts, and binder templates are owned by Content Elmbridge or licensed to us. You receive a license to use physical and digital copies prepared for your household. You may not resell our templates or represent them as your own commercial product.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, Content Elmbridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or consultations. Our total liability for any claim related to a session is limited to the fee paid for that session.

We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide, lost private keys, market movements, or actions taken by third parties such as exchanges or attorneys.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Content Elmbridge against claims arising from your misuse of our materials, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct related to your crypto holdings.

9. Website use

You may not scrape, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our website. Automated bulk requests may be blocked.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date.
