Family Vault Ledger Setup
Flagship in-office consultation
Who this is for
Households holding Ethereum or stablecoins across one or more cold wallets who want a single, offline reference their spouse or adult children can follow without daily trading knowledge. Typical clients are dual-income families in Seoul, trust beneficiaries preparing for attorney review, or parents documenting reserves for heirs abroad.
What you receive
- Numbered binder with address index, derivation-path notes (labels only — never keys), and last-copied on-chain balances
- Stablecoin reserve worksheet reconciled against statements you bring
- Heir instruction cover sheet listing each document’s purpose and update schedule
- Duplicate binder copy for a second physical location (safety deposit box, relative’s home)
- Written quarterly review checklist with blank tally sheets for the next three cycles
What is excluded
We do not custody assets, execute transactions, recover lost keys, or provide investment recommendations. Tax filing and legal trust drafting remain with your accountant and attorney — we supply the organized records they request.
Session flow
- Intake (30 min) — You describe wallet types, number of addresses, and which family members need access instructions.
- Address indexing (90 min) — Together we list addresses, label devices, and copy public balances you verify on your own device.
- Reserve reconciliation (60 min) — Stablecoin totals matched to exchange exports and cold-storage attestations.
- Heir binder assembly (60 min) — Step order, contact list, and signing of the cover inventory sheet.
Preparation
Bring printed or exported address lists, recent exchange statements, and any existing handwritten notes. Charge your hardware wallets if you plan to verify balances during the session — we provide power and a private room, not network access to your keys.
Next step
Request a session via our contact form. We confirm date, send a preparation checklist, and collect the session fee by bank transfer before your appointment.
