Households who maintain offline vault records

Client stories from Seoul families who documented Ethereum and stablecoin vault records with Content Elmbridge.

Extended story: The Kim family’s three-device ledger

The Kim household held ETH on a Ledger, a Trezor, and an older paper-wallet address they had not touched since 2018. Mrs. Kim booked ledger setup before updating their family trust. During indexing we found the 2018 address still carried a non-zero balance they had forgotten. The heir binder now lists device order: Trezor for active reserves, Ledger for long-hold ETH, archived paper-wallet page marked “consult attorney before move.”

Their adult son attended the last hour to read the recovery script aloud. He noted the language was clear though he wished we had included a diagram of their home safe layout — we added a blank page for that sketch in the appendix.

Outcome: Trust attorney received a complete index in one PDF scan. Quarterly reviews booked for March and June.

Testimonials

"I appreciated that they never asked to plug my Ledger into their laptop. We copied balances on my phone and wrote them down together. Took discipline, but I understand every line now."

— Soo-yeon K., Mapo — ledger setup

"The stablecoin audit found ₩4.2 million in USDC sitting on an exchange I thought I'd emptied. Useful, though the two-hour slot felt tight when we had five CSV files to compare."

— Richard T., Jongno — stablecoin audit

"My sister and I finally agree on who contacts the lawyer first. The contact tree alone was worth the heir session, even if we won't need it for years."

— Hae-won L., Seongnam — heir handover

"Quarterly review is straightforward — fifteen minutes of prep at home, then ninety minutes at their office. Parking near Sample-gil can be awkward on weekdays."

— Daniel M., Gangnam — quarterly reconciliation

"We are not wealthy traders — just parents with modest ETH savings. They treated our small holdings seriously and did not push extra services."

— Ji-woo and Eun-ji P., Yangcheon — ledger setup
