Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to consultation sessions booked with Content Elmbridge Co., Ltd. We provide in-office record-keeping services, not software subscriptions or physical products shipped by mail.

Cancellation by client

48 hours or more before appointment — Full refund of session fee minus ₩30,000 administrative charge, or reschedule at no additional administrative fee.

Less than 48 hours before appointment — 50% of session fee retained; remainder refunded or applied to a rescheduled date within 60 days.

No-show without notice — No refund. Full fee retained.

Cancellation by Content Elmbridge

If we cancel due to staff illness or office closure, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule per booking when requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules incur ₩30,000 administrative fee.

Deposits and prepayment

Session fees are prepayment, not a deposit toward goods. “Deposit” in client conversations refers to this prepayment model.

Partial refunds after session starts

If you end a session early by choice, no partial refund unless we failed to deliver the booked scope (e.g., office unavailable after you arrived). If we cannot complete agreed scope due to our error, we refund the proportional unused portion.

Non-refundable items

• Administrative fees (₩30,000) once applied
• Completed sessions where deliverables were provided (binders, worksheets, signed tally sheets)
• Additional address indexing or travel fees for work already performed
• Duplicate binder copies already assembled and handed to you

Materials purchased on your behalf

We rarely purchase third-party items for clients. If we agree in writing to order materials (e.g., archival supplies) and you cancel before we place the order, those charges are refunded. After order placement, material costs are non-refundable.

Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued to the original bank account within 10 business days of approved cancellation. We do not refund to cryptocurrency wallets.

No-shows and late arrival

Arrival more than 30 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show. Late arrivals within 30 minutes shorten the session without fee adjustment.

Work already started

For multi-session engagements agreed in writing, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Future sessions follow the cancellation windows above.

Exceptions

Medical emergencies or government travel restrictions may qualify for full credit toward rescheduling. Email documentation when possible.
